Okay, so I had this london broil merinating in italian dressing for a few days. Put some of my new Wolfe Rub Bold on it and stuck it on the grill. What a great flavor for beef. A little sweet with a little heat. Great combo for beef. I thought at first that it may be a little too salty but NO, the flavors blended together as they cooked. I will be trying this one on some brisket soon.
