Wingy's!

Had to cook some wings for our end of the Fiscal Year party at work, so I cooked some for me too! Rubbed down with Wolfe Rub Original, cooked without the water pan around 350* for about 20 minutes per side. Cooked two batches and used one small hickory chunk for each load. Turned out great!
