Spent most of the day yesterday on the patio cooking and having many beers...Perfect day!
Wings and scotch eggs for lunch. Jalapeno cheddar stuffed pork loin for dinner.
Eggs in cold water, wings rubbed with Wolfe Rub Citrus.
Eggs on until they started to boil. Then off and covered for 20 minutes.
Stuffing stuff. Onion, celery, garlic and 1 jalapeno. Store bought chicken stock and dry stuffing.
Stuffing done and cooling.
Stuffing and grated white cheddar.
At the turn (1 hour)
Potato & onion foil packet on the last 45 minutes.
Great day! Pretty good food. The loin was a little dry...maybe brine next time.
