Needed a quick dinner last night and decided that wings would be perfect, along with some adult beverages of course. Used the hangingracks on the Weber Summit and a nice sauce of .... minced onion, garlic, spicy mustard, dry red wine, salt pepper, caynnen pepper, EVOO, and soy sauce.

Picked them up at a discount store. Just have to buy the wings with the tips on them has been the only drawback. I can't eat the deep fried stuff much anymore, so these work good for me.
