Wingies

Man.... I frickin LUV wings!

Some guy from Baton Rouge sent me some "Category 5" hot sauce. JB, that musta been non union stuff.... I had 3 Tbs straight outta the bottle as an appetizer, then dumped the whole bottle into the pot to make the sauce to dunk the rest of the wings in. Good stuff tho. Nice and fruity, vinegary, a lil afterburn.

Damn..... I frickin luv wings !

Yeah. Indirect with the bottom vent around 50%. If some don't have the color, I'll put em over the coals.

Very nice Mr. Q.
The celery in the presentation. Is that for heat relief purposes?

Man those look good. Maybe I'll pull the weber out of the shed next week and make some. I have a smoker and 2 grills in the driveway now. Adding the weber will probably get me a letter from the township.

I like the color you got on them, nice and dark brown. My wife harps at me that I get them too dark.
Good job

Looks like some excellent wings Scotty. I liked the kettle dug out of the snow. Reminds me of winters past when we ACTUALLY has snow. Nice beer holser also.

please report the results...I wonder if wings have enough meat
to pick up smoke flavor...the skins will, but it might get lost
in the fry process....would like to hear.
