Wifes Birthday Dinner

I offered to take her out for her birthday, but she asked that I cook steak for her. Turned out good, cause my youngest daughter has strep. So I picked up 4 beef tenderloins totalling a little over 3lbs and 9 scallops that totaled 1.5lbs.
