My daughter has been in Europe for the last three weeks and although she ate some great food, when my wife asked her what she wanted for dinner, she said I want daddy to grill flank steak, grilled peppers, asparagus and a nice green salad. Well, I couldn't disappoint so I obliged.

Flanks sliced and ready for eating, I used an asian dipping sauce to spread over the meat and it was awesome.
