Welcome Home Dinner

My daughter has been in Europe for the last three weeks and although she ate some great food, when my wife asked her what she wanted for dinner, she said I want daddy to grill flank steak, grilled peppers, asparagus and a nice green salad. Well, I couldn't disappoint so I obliged.

Flanks sliced and ready for eating, I used an asian dipping sauce to spread over the meat and it was awesome.

My plate and sorry about the paper plates...easy clean up.

It's actually a Lawry's sesame ginger marinade that I heated up in a small sauce pan...good stuff.
