Ugly bird

Comp chicken is OK but every now and then you just gotta tro one on and cook it.

Spatch

With roasted rosemary tators and sketti squash

Used the flip a bunch of times method on this bird and beat it up pretty bad

All in all, PDG!

Well I dont see why that bird want to bust his skin like that assuming it was cooked breastes side up the whole time. You using some kinda funky rub or marinate apparently. Now nobody ever listens to me but that bird would be best cooked meat side down the whole time..and dont spill the juice which accumulate on that concave portion of the bone side. Works the same way on ribs. Its called the Swim Cap method invented by an old boy named Rock McNeilley as far as I know. Now it wont be as purty as cooked breastes up of course...but yours was cooked breastes up and it aint purty neither. Don't see whut a person got to lose by trying it.
