Roasted some turkey pieces and chicken thighs for an hour and then placed some veggies in the roasting pan and roasted for another 40 minutes.
Pic of turkey and chicken roasted and just added the veggies.

Moved the roasting pan to the stove and added water

Added some more coals to the Weber and added some chicken thighs that were tossed in some chicken fry seasoning and cooked for about 45 minutes. Saw this on another forum and had to try it.

Great and very easy dinner. Thanks for looking!!

friend, that is some dadgum looking stock. Just went to dinner at a friends house
last week and she served up some roasted vegetables, including carrots and parsnips
and I put the big gobble on them. I have heard about roasting before making stock,
and I believe I'll be a roasting soon, or at least roasted.
