Turkey Lasagna Casserole?

I guess that is what you would call this. Its a casserole with all of the ingredients of a lasagna except different type of noodles.

Anyway, Some lean turkey, chopped onion, Italian Seasoning and I found a no salt added pasta sauce.

In a foil pan I put some of the sauce mixture down, then penne whole wheat noodles, some Parm cheese and low fat cottage cheese, the rest of the sauce mixture and then some Mozzarella cheese.

Cooked covered on the grill for 45 minutes and then uncovered for another 15 minutes.

Brussel sprouts

Garlic bread

Plated, thanks for looking!!

Well us Scots-Irish do not tend to eat much Eyetalian food..but that looks good for some reason. I like red linguini with clam sauce. Is this normal? The thick noodles make fat boys fall asleep sometimes.
