Tuna Fish for Lunch

Not yer ordinary can-o-tuna fo sure
Grilled up the last of the Black Fin Tuna.

Turned out to be one of the best pieces of fish I ever ate. No lie. Just put salt and pepper on it and seared each side just long enough to turn the outside beige, inside is rare. I wish I had more...tri tip-o-the sea!

Great looking meal there GH. It's tough to get good quality tuna around here unless you want to float a loan at the bank. Occasionally Costco might get some in but those times are few and far between. Good Job!!!

For safety sake please only try cooking like this with really fresh tuna. These were caught yesterday morning. If you get store bought make sure it is Sushi grade...Ahai I think it is. Otherwise cook it longer.
