My Father-in-Law stopped by today and dropped off some tuna that a friend of his caught off the Outer Banks this weekend. Here's what we did with it.

Tuna steaks marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vin, garlic, ginger, scallion and black pepper. Edamame that had been been steamed.

Edamame getting some grill flavor.

Edamame off while the tuna seared.

Tuna on, 2 minutes a side, rotated 90 degrees at the 1 minute mark.

Outstanding! Tuna is one of the few fishes I like grilled. This one was great!

Have a great week all!
