Coated a couple nice Ahi's with Wolf Run BOLD, and slapped em on the OTG, Made up some Risotto in the kitchen, and grilled some bok choy seasoned with WRB, and peanut oil. Yum !
The bold gave the tuna a nice cajun twang.
Scotty I exalt thee! That is an absolutely gourmet dinner my friend! The grill marks on the tuna are simply perfect! Wish you would have included a sliced pic, but that would have definitely cause me to lick the screen!! I too wanna try the bok choy soon!
