yep Lew, I tried Gary's method of the reverse....didn't do it right...
it also wasn't as tender as I had hoped.

Did you slice with the grain or across the grain?
 
Is that horseradish sauce I see on the bun? :D I'd take out a couple of those sammies and might have to go back for more. Nice work.

You never listen to me..........
 
Nick, I used an electric knife the first one I cut, as thin
as I could get it....but used my Forshner on the second
one and liked it a lot better....the leftovers got gone
last night and were much more tender. I think I was
just sawing around after the cook, :drinkers: :partyman:
and you know how that goes.

That's why I'm waiting for you to move down here, so you
can cook while I concentrate on finding the perfect beer.
