Tri-Tip Steaks

Last night we had some friends over and I grilled up some Tri-Tip steaks and little potatoes. I also smoked some salmon but like an idiot I accidentally deleted the photos from my camera of the smoke. As this is my first time smoking salmon I think it came out pretty good. Here’s a shot of the finished product.

With the left over Tri-Tip meat we made sammies with melted cheese for dinner last night.
