Tri Tip & Veggies

Nothing you haven't seen before, but I know I haven't posted a cook in a long time.

Wednesday night I drove up to San Luis to visit a family friend of mine attending Cal Poly. I promised her I'd bring her a grill so she could cook a tri tip whenever she wanted one. So, I loaded up my ol' Weber kettle, girly leather heat gloves, and some charcoal. She cooked 2 SMS tri tips and a bunch a veggies for her vegetarian roommates *insert head shake* Zucchini, eggplant, red onion, green onion, red and white potatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Of course no cut pics of the tri tip (totally overdone by my standards), corn, beans, or burnt bread. It was great to have good company though
