Got a 1 1/2lb tri-tip at the grocer and used a bit of McCormicks Steak seasoning on it. The taters were some cheddar bacon thingy from Stouffers, the peas courtesy of the Green Giant, lil professional courtesy. ;)

and the "Money Shot" for that non posting member Feste!
The mound of food! :shock: :P
 
Now you have me fired up for tri tip GH. How's them taters, I've seen them but have not gotten around to trying them yet?

Only so-so. They take over an hour to cook, so it's not real convieniant for some quick eats. I doubt we will get them again. Easier, almost, to make them yer self.
