Waayyy overdue on cooking one of grillings most perfect meat to do on the grill, the Tri Tip.

A couple hours before is was to be kissed with charcoal, trimmed it and seasoned it with Lawry's Seasoning salt, granulated garlic, onion powder and black pepper. Also did some pinquito beans with some cooked bacon, sauteed onion, Cajun seasonng, squirt of ketchup and taco seasoning mixed in. Cooked to an internal of 133. I prefer to pull it at 125 internal so overcooked it a little.

Picked up a loaf of Italian bread took some unsalted butter and added mixed in some Lawrys Seasoning, garlic, granulated garlic, Cajun seasoning and toasted it on the grill

and added some shredded Colby cheese

TT rested and sliced

My plate.
