Seasoned with Tatonka Dust and black pepper and cooked over red oak wood on the Santa Maria Pit

Plated, made a gazpacho type soup. Its pretty much the recipe I use to make a Baja shrimp cocktail, minus the shrimp and corn and bell pepper added.
