Tri Tip

Seasoned with Tatonka Dust and black pepper and cooked over red oak wood on the Santa Maria Pit

Pic of the tt, corn and there is a bulb of garlic in aluminum foil in there somewhere.

tri tip resting

toasted up some cheesy garlic bread

sliced

Plated, made a gazpacho type soup. Its pretty much the recipe I use to make a Baja shrimp cocktail, minus the shrimp and corn and bell pepper added.
