Tri Tip

Tri Tip seasoned with Lawry's, black pepper, and granulated garlic. Cooked indirect at approx 275 to an internal temp of 115 degrees.

Removed the tri tip and while getting the grill hot to do a sear added some garlic bread.

Tri tip searing and getting a little color

Resting

Plated with some beans, the garlic bread, and some brussels sprouts cooked with bacon.

Excellent! My kids and myself love brussel sprouts and bacon. I will slice them raw brussel sprouts super thin and decorate salad with them sometimes
