Tri Tip

Same old song and dance but this is my favorite way to have tri tip.

We are going somewhere this evening so nothing to drink during this cook and it really threw my timing off and I also forgot to take pics before things off the grill.

Tri tip, Ranch Style beans with ham and some chicken thighs.

Tri tip done. Thought I overcooked it but was still juicy and tender inside. Of course I forgot to take a pic of it sliced.

Plated Tri tip on some cheesy garlic bread, with bbq sauce added, beans and some Kentucky Fire Crackers (Google it, they are simple to make and awesome!!)
