I'm sure some of you have seen this, I read this guy's blog all the time. Here's a vid he did on tri tip.
What do you guys think?

I don't think....I know!!!!!!
45 minutes is what I do. Except I almost char both side first, raise the grate, and flip twice more. I also cut to the same thickness.

Plus, for once he's close enough to be my "neighbor".
