I hope it's not sacrilege to grind up a tri-tip but that's what I did tonight. :eek:

I took this.

Those look and sound great Don. Seems in the past few weeks I've seen several burgers made with a mixtures of Tri Tip and other beef now that you pioneered it I'll have to give it a try.
 
You had me at Tri, I'll have to give that a shot. Done brisket, chuck, sirloin and bottom round but never tri tip. Looks outstanding. Thanks for sharing.
 
Man, those look amazing. My roommate always tells me tri tip is good stuff and I am starting to see why. Great Job Sir!!
