First made some chicken for my picky youngest Son. He won't eat the sausage since he saw the natural casings and I told them what they were. Me and my big mouth.

Stuffed zucchini with scooped out zucchini, ground pork, onion green onion, mushrooms, marinara sauce and some parmesan cheese.

Homemade Polish Sausage

Melted some mozzarella cheese on the zucchini.

Plated. Sausage on a bed of fried cabbage. The stuffed zucchini was outstanding.

Very very nice V. I love zucchini and have never cooked it that way...it's definitely on my list of things to cook soon. Thanks for sharing pal.
 
Looks mighty scrumptious. Just tell the youngun them cases is plastic. Thats how I handle it when feeding city slickers.
