On the grill four about 4 mins per side. I used up all my mix or I would have added a light dusting when I removed from the grill.
Served with just a salad.
Try stuffed tilapia on the grill....add some crab/lobster meat, add in a lttle lemon, roll it, tie it, make sure you add in some thyme, brings out the flavor in the fish
