Thursday Night Chili Dogs

My daughter had a late class tonight and my wife and son are at a school track meeting so I was on my own for dinner. I remembered we had some let over Nathan's hot dogs and a can of chili from last weekends riding trip so I decided on chilidogs for dinner. I haven’t used the Smokey Joe in awhile so I fired it up and while the coals were getting ready I got the onions chopped, chili going and everything else ready. I sat down and munched while watching Man vs Wild...good eats and good TV.
