This one's for the Captain

Ingredients for chimichurri sauce

Put together

Hey Captain, I was afraid to use the same marinade after it had been on the meat all day. Did you do it or did you save some of the marinade for later.

Thanks,

Give the flank steak a bath

Cover and refrigerate

Ten hours later

To the grill

Ready to come off

Sliced across the grain

Let’s eat

Hey Captain, I was afraid to use the same marinade after it had been on the meat all day. Did you save some for later use?

Thanks,

LOL at BW.

I always save some extra for the sauce, even if it's
beef, I don't want to risk it.

I put mine in the blender too.

Went back to the Brazilian steak house Sat night
and put a real close eye and tongue on their
chimi sauce. It was blended so smooth you
couldn't even see leaves. Probably a commercial
brand they buy.

I load mine up with garlic, lots..looks great though!!
