There was a gift give away at the local pharmacy/convience/butcher here in town. The wife won a very nice gift basket and there was a card inside with a gift certificate for meat at the butcher. 1 lb of ground beef, 1 lb of homemade country sausage, 1 lb bacon and 2 NY strip steaks.

I collected the meat the other day and did up these steaks on the grill with a horseradish butter sauce and dizzy pigs Cow Lick.

I just let the butter come up to room temp then worked in a table spoon of HRS. Nothing too exciting. It was good though.
