Well, I got out the big pusher shovel today and cleared out a big spot on the deck to access my grill. For tomorrow it will be 50* in C-Town. Steaks are on the menu for dinner and perhaps a veggie or two on the grill skillet thingy.

Ahhh...if but for only a brief moment the feel of warm weather comes back...beer, raw red meat and the smell of smoke! Indeed, it shall be a good day tomorrow!! :D
 
Well, since you are all wondering how the steak cook went I'll tell you. It was great...getting the cover off that beauty and throwing some beef on it at 600*!!

Cooked to a med rare and very juicy! The taste was great and the wife was very happy too!!
