BBQ Chicken Nachos

Beef ribs (leftover from Christmas rib roast), chicken skewers and turkey breasts marinated in Zesty Italian dressing and Wolfe Rub Citrus.

I wish I could cut my own ribs all the time! These actually had meat on them compared to the ones you buy in the store!

Everything, but especially ribs, looks great. I recently bought a side of beef and stood by the butcher and told him how to cut the ribs out. Look forward to making some like yours.

Those look fantastic! Im doin two racks tomorrow - but - I dont get to tell anyone how to cut em' out. And now that I think about Im pretty sure I wouldnt know what the helll I was doin'. :roll:

Larry, everything looks great, especially the ribs. Wish I could get my beef ribs to come out right, everytime I try them they end up looking like Kingsford with about the same taste, lol.
