We had fajitas tonight.

Started with spanish rice, my way.

Then slightly over cooked the flank

But it worked out OK

Done dude;

1. Fry some bacon and save the grease
2. put the grease in a pot, about 2 teaspoons worth(medium heat)
3. tro in the rice(1 cup) and cook on medium until golden color
4. tro in a packet of Sazon Goya Con Culantro Y Achiote
5. add 1 teaspoon of tumeric(I was out of saffron)
6. tro in the plum tomatos and continue to stir so nothing burns
7. When the color gets right, tro in 2 cups of water and bring back to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt if needed
8. lower heat to a simmer, cover, and cook 20 minutes
9. tro in some bacon pieces, fluf it up, and serve
