Marinated a couple of flank steaks in some Soy Vey Veri Veri teriyaki sauce for about 8 hours today.
One of them getting a direct sear. I moved them indirect to finish, didn't want them to get too dark
Sauteed a big package of cole slaw mix in just a little oil and salt as a side dish.
