Tatonka Dusted Steaks

2" thick ribeye indirect seasoned with Tatonka dust and some artichokes

My Wife wanted sirloin, direct seared and pretty much done

Quick sear

Cut me off a hunk of the steak with the bone of course, served with creamed spinach and used the last of the ceviche for one last shrimp cocktail

Looking mighty good. Have we figured out how to clone the Totonka Dust?
