T-Bones seasoned with S&P. Russet potatoes peeled, then cored with a melon baller, filled with diced onion and a dash of woosty and then wrapped with bacon. Asparagus wrapped with provolone and prosciutto.

Asparagus on...Moved it direct after this pic and turned it often to crisp up the prosciutto.

Steaks on, 2 minutes a side. Grated cheddar on the potatoes.

Delicious meal, for sure!

Thanks for looking...now we'll wait the aftershocks. :eek:

Nice! Your posts are probably the only thing that keeps me from buying CI grates. Looks great.

Don;
That looks like FIVE STAR cuisine to me!! I plan on trying those potatoes SOON. Tomorrow evening it'll be rib eye, hash brown pototoes and asparagus (directly on the grill). Your post has my taste buds humming!

Larry Wolfe:
A couple of nights ago, I did your Marmalade Sriracha wing recipe with chicken parts (thighs and drumsticks) and it was WONDERFUL! This evening we took the left overs to the local lake and had a picnic. The weather was wonderful (it has been hot and sticky as all get out!). We had the shelter to ourselves (me and my wife) while we AGAIN enjoyed you FINE recipe. Thank you, kind sir!
