I guess...

Wangs, and some Maine clams grilled on the half shell (no pics of them on the grill, they just take a minute).
Made a simple sauce for the clams with butter, garlic, black and red pepper, chives n white wine.

Tossed in my "Are You E'ffin Kidding ME?" Sauce put back on the grill.repeat....

I don't know which is better your cooking skills or your photography skills. Both look outstanding.
 
Thought I was looking at Bon Appetit magazine.......... :shock:
Somebody I know needs a few good shots for his website.
 
Dude!!!! I'd pay $18.75 for that plate at Lenny's Clamshack. That looks amazing and your pics are killer. Good Job Scotty. When I grow up, I wanna grill just like you.

Did you really eat the carrots and celerey or did you just throw them in for the pic???? ;)
