I guess i better tell ya what it is. I chopped up the grilled stuff. made me some Indian fry bread, spread some peppercorn ranch on the bread, topped with the grilled stuff. added bacon and cheese. Toasted on the redneck panini maker(george foreman grill) till cheese melted and bread was crispy. It was really good.

2cups ap flour
1/4 cup white corn meal
1 tbl baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2cup warm water
1 tbl evoo
mix dry ingredients, add liquid and work until dough forms. Knead a few times, dont overwork. rest in kelvinator for 30 minutes(several hours even better). Take a egg size piece of dough and roll out till about 1/8",
fry in lard till golden on both sides. I used drippings from bacon and vegetable oil. fold in half while hot to stuff.
You can cut them in small pieces and top with cinnamon sugar and honey for a great dessert.

Do look good and thanks for the fry bread recipe. Have to try that one of these days. Would say it could be made purty easy on the bread machine on the dough setting but since it dont need much working guess that wouldnt be a very good plan. Them moochines works it like an old Mamacita would work the flour taurpolian dough. Long and hard in other words
