Well after seeing Don’s pizza posting mine is lame but I’ll post anyway. On the bottom was pizza sauce, tomato, bacon, mushroom, bbq chicken, olives, and cheese. Then I topped it with more cheese and a few more tomatoes. I got the grill going with some mesquite, KFC, and a little pecan wood for some smoke flavor. It turned out great. Love me some pizza.

Pizza just on the grill.

Nice looking pizza Toby. Does that pan you're cooking it in get the bottom nice and crisp? I have a pizza stone but it's kind of a hassle to work with.

Hi Lew,

Yes the bottom does come out nice and crisp, the only thing I don't like about the pan is it could be a tad bigger. This time I rolled up the edges for the crust, next time I'll trim some off in hopes of getting the crust a little crispier.
