I grilled a few sirloins tonight over some oak. They came out very good but would have like more char on the outside. I should have made a hotter fire to get that char and keep it moist. I need to use charcoal to light my logs and put the logs one top of the charcoal 5-10min before I put the steaks on.(like last time)
