Well, they gave me too much time before they came, so I just kept making stuff till they got there. We had grilled pineapple, non-grilled watermelon, a yogurt sauce for that, Grilled Shrimp cocktail with asian sauce instead of cocktail, mahi mahi blackened...and salad with feta, craisins, and balsamic vinagrette.

Also, I won the biggest loser contest for both the men's and team division by doing absolutely no exercise and eating all bbq and grilled food!!!!!!!!!!! 30 lbs in 14 weeks. Thanks to all of you whose recipes I have blatantly plagarized to get here.

Great lookin' meal. Nice job on the biggest loser win as well. Win, win deal...You lose 30 lbs and gain $270 smackaroos.

No excercise!?! What'd did you cut out? Beer!?!

I eat grilled meats, grilled vegis, grilled salad, regular salad, water, grilled fruit, regular fruit, bbq....and cheat on the diet every tuesday night to eat something else just for a break-like a burger or something.

Basically, I wanted a diet I could actually stick to. Meat&green vegis get old unless you grill everything and change it up. I end up grilling or bbqing like 4-5 nights a week. But it works. I cut out all the starch but corn, but I am hesitant to put it that way since I dont really feel like I am missing anything because grilled meat and vegitables are great. I eat salads or chili for lunch. Evidently chili is a diet food!
