Stuffed Pork Chops

Tried to get these grilled up before the rain came but as soon as I was getting ready to put the chops on the rain came. Luckly I have an awning so everything was good.

Made a stuffing with some Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Seasoned with some Cajun Seasoning, S&P.

Stuffed 3 of the 4 chops and seasoned with some Rooster Booster and some black pepper and on the the grill.

While the chops were cooking made some green beans in some EVOO, sesame seed oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds

Your outdoor cook area is fantastic. I just got back in the house from grilling some brats in the rain. I was holding an umbrella in one hand and the flipper in the other. Man I'm green with envy. :mrgreen:

Great looking meal Vermin. You always have something interesting for us to drool over.
