Home ground chuck with some blue cheese crumbles.
Another patty on top. 1/2 lb total and made some plain 1/4 lb burgers for the boys.
First tossed some white mushroom in some Italian dressing and cooked them indirect on the grill.
1/4lbers done with some American cheese and bacon on top.
Just before putting the stuffed burgers on the grill I finely chopped some onion and pressed on side of the burger into them.
Once they were almost done I moved them indirect and added some bacon and provolone.
Served with the usual condiments on a warmed up pita and mushrooms on the side.
