Too damn cold and windy to grill, But got the job done on the big Lodge cast iron. Check your local Wally World camping section. 18 inch skilet for $ 23.00 bucks. Makes great "Home Fries" also. :D Don't forget the onion and peppers. [-X
 
YUMBO!!! I bought some thick chops like that myself this weekend, haven't cooked them yet! They look great Chris, what did you stuff them with??
 

Oops it's 15 inches darn near 15 pounds. Chops were stuffed with cheap white bread, corn bread, a stick of butter and rosemary, sage, some poltry seasoning (I know it sounds odd but it works) and a little Bells season. I have no recipe due to the fact I just WAG it most of the time.
