Strips and Cucumber Salad

Nothing too crazy tonight...Simple steaks and cucumber salad.


Strip steaks seasoned with K salt and pepper.

Off...grilled direct, 3 minutes a side, rotating 1/4 way through for the marks and then flipped half way through. Then rotated again at the 3/4 mark. (Forgot the "action" pic...)

Plated with a Creamy Dill Cucumber Salad from Cook's Illustrated (sour cream, cider vinegar, granulated sugar, minced fresh dill, sliced medium red onion, salted and drained cucumbers, halved grape tomatoes)
