Steaks, Sausage and Burgers

We went camping this weekend and had a lot of leftover meat leftover so had a hodge podge of stuff on the grill today.

Had some breakfast sausage leftover and a bunch of eggs so I boiled the eggs and made some scotch eggs.

Some of the eggs rolled in some rub and some not yet.

On the Grill.

Done.

Leftover sausage and cut us a couple of taters for some grilled fries.

Sausage done.

A couple of prime sirloins

And lastly, some veggies.

Had my fill of burgers and sausage the last couple of days so just had the steak tonight for dinner.

Wow, scotch eggs...... never had them before, but everything looks just wonderfully tasty ! Nice use of all that leftover meats !
