The wife bought some T bones and thawed out some chicken that had been merinating for a while. Threw some Wolfe Rub on the chicken and Dizzy pigs "Cow Lick" on the steaks. Did bow tie pasta with peas and a garden fresh tomato salad with fresh picked sweet basil. Great flavors of sommer.

How do you like the Cow Lick??

LOVE IT on beef. The Tsunami spin is good on seafood and chicken, however the wife wont let me use anything but WR on chicken any more.

Jim it was probably something like Old Bay or a Black Pepper version of Old Bay. Somewhere in MD, the make a seafood seasoning that is black.
