I spatchcocked a 7lb Roaster Chicken! :eek::D Seasoned with WRC and let sit in the fridge for a couple hours and then grilled idirect at 350º until the breast hit 160º. PDG

The Skins are lucky the score wasn't 72-0, my god what a poor excuse for a pro team..............but I'll root for them again next weekend.......Campbell looked like a lost puppy dog.
