Spatched Chicken

I spatchcocked a 7lb Roaster Chicken! Seasoned with WRC and let sit in the fridge for a couple hours and then grilled idirect at 350 until the breast hit 160. PDG

The Skins are lucky the score wasn't 72-0, my god what a poor excuse for a pro team..............but I'll root for them again next weekend.......Campbell looked like a lost puppy dog.
