Chicken rubbed with some Rooster Booster and black pepper and some of the sauce someone sent me.

First layer of sauce applied

Plated.Very moist and juicy chicken even though I tore the skin over the the thighs when I seared the chicken.

Looks great. Still can't figger out this yankee aversion to beans. Whuts up here?

looks good...would one of you fellers tell me about the
rooster booster? I'm getting older every day and would
like to know more about it
