I found this 6lb ENHANCED oven roaster sitting in the freezer, the date was February so I figured what the heck, I'll cook it to make some room. Made a paste of OO, chili powder, granulated garlic, oregano, cumin and black pepper. This bird was highly enhanced with up to 14% of solution added and the sodium was already at 550mg, so I did not salt at all.

Cooked indirect at 450º with no smoke wood, just KF original.

Not at all. But I always have a big puddle of Franks on the plate when I'm eating chicken!
