Spares and Chicken Wings

Nothing special, I received an early Christmas gift, a Cannon Powershot elph 310 camera. I guess my Wife was tired of me whinning and I wanted to test it out.

A couple of racks of spares and just seasoned with salt and pepper. Smoked with a couple of chucks of almond wood a cooked in the 225 - 250 range.

Some sweet peppers and mushrooms on the new Stok grill

And some chicken wings and fingerling potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper and added a chunk of almond wood too.

Ribs done

Then tossed on the grill direct to get a little color on them

Peppers and mushrooms done

Chicken wings and fingerlings done

Wings tossed in some Franks, butter, some dried jalapeno powder

Fingerlings cooked in a CI pan with oil

Also made some cheesy garlic bread.

That's a lot of good lookin' food there V, and the pictures are super. Did you use three different grills for that cook and I too want to know about that new one with the insert.

Had the Performer, Stok and the WSM going. The grill is kind of cheaply built and the CI grate is no know where near the quality as my other one but what do you expect for $50. The grill comes with the grill insert and a pizza stone and here is a link for the other inserts available.

Great looking cook Vermin. I'm going to have to check out that grill at our local Home Depot. One of my CI rungs on the performer snapped the other day while lifting a section out of the ring. Do you know if you can get a single section as a replacement?
